I have worked with dozens of software service providers for my web development projects, but have never come across a company like LoginRadius that can easily deceive its customers in signing long-term contracts and delivering a defective piece of software that you keep struggling to integrate even after 4 months.
When you say, “enough is enough!”, they will just go ahead and threaten you to charge the full amount for the rest of the year without bothering to understand that they miserably failed to provide a proper service.
When we hired them to help us integrate SSO and social login with a membership payment platform so that our users get registered to LoginRadius RaaS after making a payment, they willingly agreed and got a contract signed. When the software was delivered, we struggled with their support team to implement it for nearly 4 months. When we informed that their software was too complicated for us to handle, they went ahead and closed our contract by billing us more than $5000 for the rest of the year.
Can you imagine spending $5000 for a software that did not allow us to register even a single registration into LoginRadius RaaS?
LoginRadius was least bothered about how a customer was unable to use this service. Instead, they would just go ahead and billed us for the rest of the amount.
